Gerry, Thank you for your comments. I do believe that shareholders ultimately have the right to relevant information from the company, and have forwarded my concerns to the SEC. FWIW, I also complained to IMMM and have received a reply from Brian Bisset (on behalf of Dr. Stamm) stating that the decision to consider the wells "tight" was "made between UPR and IMMM". He also informed me that a press release is in the works, ETA unknown. Hopefully this "tight well" situation is just a temporary stalling tactic to get all the ducks lined up. I hope we're close ... one way or the other. Carl
