And guess what? They get to keep their jobs AND their fat bonuses..(and the man on the Street pays for it with higher fees, worse spreads, etc....kindof like expensive tix to sporting event for lousy performing players on guaranteed contracts)..

In any other industry, such a level of incompetence would likely get you fired! On Wall Street, it gets you on TV! gg
