I finally got time to check the DRIP Investor annual book for this one. Carlson rates the DRIP itself a `thumbs up'; he only rates the programs themselves yea or nay. He also gives the company three stars (out of a possible 5) as an analyst view. The purchases for OCPs are only made quarterly. I prefer plans that buy monthly if possible, but depending on your club's needs, quarterly might be OK for that too. About the company, the nutshell is "Supplies services and products for waste-to-energy plants and water quality control systems." Let us know what your club thinks! Regards, Rick
