From "DRIP Investor" book listing, Carlson rates the DRIP itself
a "thumbs-up" and rated the company four stars out of possible 5
as an analyst. Remember that this rating is probably 6 months old;
also, you need 10 shares to participate in this one, not just one.
However, you can buy initial shares direct from the company with
a minimum investment of $1000. Purchases are monthly, which I like,
and there can be some small brokerage fees per Carlson "... if company
purchases stock on the open market."

There may have been a later article about RDA but I don't know
for certain. Of course, this one isn't a tech company!
