No, you are wrong here. Compaq, Dell, Gateway, and Intel are masters of efficiency. They have great capital productivity and that's why they all keep posting record earnings and stock prices. I am sure APCC's product is the best in the industry, having earned several awards for their products. I'm just saying that their cap productivity is low on an absolute scale and investors should be wary about I and R. Keep an eye on I and R going forward to see if they increase at a greater rate. If so, it could be a harbinger of lower earnings in coming quarters. Just some good advice to investors.
