There are two problems with CSCO buying CORV. The first is that CSCO's currency has had a large devaluation lately. The second is that Huber will still want too much for the company - at least a double from it's current price. I just don't think CSCO will do the deal under the current conditions. It would hurt their stock and they cannot afford that.

CORV does seem to have found a base here and I think it's downside is limited. If one of their clients puts their switch into production it will pop big time.
