I've been watching and I don't like what I see. SEBL is now leading the pack down and on huge volume (institutions selling most likely?). I can't decide which it is:

1. It's simply SEBL's turn in the dog shed - to lead the pack down that is. Seems like everyone else has had their day and SEBL is the last to go.

2. SEBL will change their estimates and the institutions have caught wind of it.

3. All of the above except the institutions are just figuring SEBL MUST change their estimates with the economy heading south and with SEBL still sporting a large PE they don't want to take a chance.

My strategy is still the following. My last buys are about to go in here (42-43). But I'm going to hang on to my puts for a bit longer - just in case SEBL pulls an NT. Am I nervous with most of my money now in the market and most of it into SEBL... yes. I have to stick with my 'plan' though and I was figuring SEBL would take a dive into the high 30's low 40's. I think the long grinding down process is the only thing I wasn't mentally prepared for.

Your thoughts? I would love to hear what TD has to say but I'm afraid his customers may have taken poor TD out and lynched him after the PMCS mess a little while ago. I know he was very high on them and that drop had to hurt a lot.
