Mardy, you're right. Invasive bathroom video evidence may be destroyed or worse yet hidden by one of the SLAPP plaintiffs, or a yet to be identified Varian SLAPPer. As you know, the perennially novice CEO of VAR, Richard 'Dick' Levy is still being investigated for committing perjury when ordered by a Federal Magistrate to testify truthfully and completely under oath. We've not yet seen the end of Varian's invasive bathroom video taping crime, eh Mardy!
