If you ran a business and your best customer told you that something at your store is ticking them off, what would you do? Thats the situation SI is most likely in with Jenna. She is a big draw to this site and for posting and membership activity here. Regardless of any of us liking that or her, or not...they need to do whatever they can to protect their business, which depends on posting activity..and she provides that.
