You're paying the same that I am -- currently -- per month. Since that's pretty much the basics for web-based services...... no, I presume that you aren't paying too much. I don't remember the specifics. When I discovered the web-based service (from CNBC ads), I called WOW. They informed me that I could get the same services via web for fewer $$$$. They said that mailers had been sent to those using the installed program, informing them of the op. I never got one. But.... before I start to sound like a whiner..... I'm a fairly happy camper. I believe that they don't have enough of a "the customer is always correct" attitude among their office staff, but..... the program has been a reliable and useful tool for me. Stalling.... yes, it's been worst in the past couple of weeks, but I've encountered it during previous periods. Thanks for the links!
