Why do you say IATV is on the "wrong platform"? MOT is a strategic partner in many of ACTV's business plans and ALL their STB's are capable of supporting IATV's HyperTV, Digital ADCO, etc.
Additionally, ACTV is a CreativeEdge partner with SFA in the T-Commerce and Enhanced TV area.
Sounds like they got their platforms covered, not to mention the intellectual property to back up their business and extract licensing fees (or lawsuit settlements) from many current and future patent infringers
