However that could be misleading since it sometimes takes time for the NEW HIGHs/LOWs to change accordingly. If the NEW HIGHs/LOWs do not deteriorate, then that could be a positive divergence, but right now too early to tell. Im noticing in many stocks that are getting killed(JDSU/MOT/CSCO/INTC but not yet in the indicies, is a double bottom in my short-term technicals. This is not in the price, but in the indicator. Its common that when they occur its about a day away from some sort of a bounce in those stocks. Unfortunately its not in the indices yet.
