Look at the EAnywhere series of License Agreements November, 2000 qualcomm.com Twelve Weeks later they now decide they need a 3G license agreement? This is Press Release fluffery!! And in all of these "3G Upgraded license agreements Press Releases it reads "This agreement with (Insert Company Name Here) illustrates yet again the applicability of QUALCOMM's patent portfolio to all third-generation CDMA systems."
