. The guy was so smart he didn't have to test his code. I'd suspect it was more he did not know how and not know what to test and what a full test is. Some who don't know this may also be arrogant and believe they are smart and it's not about smart it's about wise and knowing what one does not know. just saw hillary listening to President Bush.
