It never ends...it never ends....

I've got to hand it to the stock promoters. They've really latched on to a beautiful racket. Here is yet another company (trading over the OTC bulletin board) which claims to have a yer 2000 fix. Note the amazing similarities to the Matridigm scam - including the announcement of "patent filings". Also note: This company had 4 mil. in sales and 300K in profits. The market cap now stands at an oulandish 65,000,000. ("Only" 16 X sales and 220 X earnings). Considering that this company can be had for $760,000,000 less than Matridigm, I guess it's a real bargain!!!

ROSWELL, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 1997--DelSoft Consulting, Inc. (OTC:DSFT) announced today that it received approval to complete a pilot project for a Fortune 500 company utilizing its proprietary "Year 2000 Hyperdating Methodology."

"DelSoft is hopeful that this event will serve as a stepping stone to significant future business with this Fortune 500 company. By using our proprietary approach, we believe the time and labor costs associated with correcting their Year 2000 problem can be reduced by 20% - 40%" stated Jerry Rosemeyer, President of DelSoft Consulting.

In May 1996, the Company filed a provisional patent on its "Year 2000 Hyperdating Methodology." DelSoft's unique approach minimizes the impact to system analysis and redesign presently used by most companies to resolve their Year 2000 date problem. By not expanding the date fields or using a "windowing" technique, DelSoft can correct the Year 2000 problem in application software with minimal modification to other elements of the computer system. This results in significant savings in time and labor costs to DelSoft's customers.

DelSoft Consulting, Inc. offers a full-range of Year 2000 services combining impact analysis and conversion tools with skilled management and on-site technical support.
