Some funny anomolies emerged as I read through the SEC filings on IVEH -

This Slayton-Bedeen guy was said to have graduated from Case Western, of OKLAHOMA!! It was obvious that the website had been cobbled together quickly, without a whole lot of attention to factuality.

"A pioneer in biotechnology, Dr. Slayton-Bedeen's studies began at Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he earned a BS in Chemistry. His education then continued at the University of Oklahoma where he received his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1978."

In addition, not a single independent reference to such a study could be found, nor any to Slayton Bedeen.
