That's not all they have in common. Guess what. Look at the November SB-2 for IVEH and the January SB-2 for IFTP. In both documents you will see millions of freetrading shares being registered for Altea Investments LTD of the British Virgin Islands. The two companies also share the law firm of Bondy & Schloss LLP, who apparently arranged the financing. Hmmmmm.....
