Thanks for the info LoF, I will give it a read and see...on first glance the study looks an excellent source of knowledge into the Data storage business and in particular comparing NTAP & EMC. Not being an engineer I may be at a disadvantage, (particularly when I read the dicussions by some of the enthusiasts of each company.)

Having skimmed through the document, it seems easily readable, the one thing lacking would be a countering opinion by an EMC enthusiast.

In this market I am a little concern owning much, until we find some sort of stability and direction in the market and te economy. The info you have provided to me, no doubt it will prove valuable once the market finds its footing.

Meanhile, I have the attitude of taking no prisoners... I will go for the day trade with selected trades that I may be willing to hold overnight.

The thing about high p/e's companies is that if they make a single mistake either in the earnings, revenues or even cost sides... the market does not forgive. Under this environment, everyone is extra sensitive.

But no doubt that NTAP is a great company.

Thanks again for the info.
