I'm not sure its time to hit the techs either but President Bush's speech was very positive this evening and for the markets to come back will depend partially on investor sediment which could turn favourable from just a speech watched nationwide. Just need that little spark as AG's interventions are proving less and less fruitful.

As for WCOM, it sold off with the rest of the market this afternoon, but there had been major buying blocks all day yesterday and this morn. I am hearing of more rumours that WCOM is a candidate for a buyout again. Its rather funny how AT&T (T) shares closed +1.07 and WCOM closed down almost 1/2.
