yeah Don, they're going to get those 12-15% long term returns come hell or high water. It was just unthinkable to cash out with ten years of 20+% annualized returns <ggg>

Damn it feels good to be about 80% cash. I thought they were actually going to get the boat turned the other day. Oh well. When are they going to put Angell on trial <ggg>
