Roger, the speech was pretty good. I think the President delivered it well. The message was clear, easy to understand though, IMO, totally impractical. I have trouble believing in his 10-year budget forecast in pushing his agenda. The uncertainty in a 10-year weather forecast is probably much less than the politician's 10-year projection of revenue. As a matter of fact, I think his forecast is already in jeopardy this year. Tax receipts from businesses and individuals will be way off. The surplus will not be anywhere near current projections. Then what? Will he issue quarterly warnings and revise budget outlook? Regards, Tom
