My unscientific sentiment survey finds, for the most part, two groups of traders/investors: A large herd of bulls whose only fear is missing the next tech melt up, and a small cluster of bears who fear being trampled to death.

I was long E & P's from early '98 until January '01, but standing aside for now. BTW, a Chihuahua is a little bitty dog with a great big bankroll.
