Bush's proposed tax cuts will benefit large families since
it raises the child deduction.
But if you're not married, you'd better be rich to benefit:

If Bush were really interested in kick-starting the
economy, he would do better to tilt the tax cut to the
lower income taxpayers; they need the money and would spend it at once.
