Recent research personally on Intelligence management were organized and structured in artificial intelligence format. Rules are philosophical statements which are time tested. Inference(search) engine is used to compare case history with present situation where intelligent decisions were to be made. This is by search engine to compare case history with present situation using fuzzy logic(degree of weighting) and length of keywords. This collected information(from library of case history build on the fly; repository is required) is then presented to the user for approval. Sort of like character recognition corrected by user input. Keyword search can be changed for new results for approval. STRR is now able to complete the task of finishing the software(building rules, case history library; buy a search engine which uses multiple keyword search with percentage weighting for display; but must add keyword search to delete unwanted information that might be displayed. The case history ending(result) selected is then tested by the rules. User can test the rules against the case history. More fits with the rules and the more number of rules makes a fuzzy logic choice of action prescribed by the case history. User reasoning for the selection is like human experience and character building, input may be used as sub-rules. Computer programming then uses the best of the breed approach to develop a formula(mathematical weighting for the right choice of case history) and for inferencing the rules to increase the fits of sub-rules as the intelligence improve. Build collarary(more sub-rules) that fits and put them into rules library. This is vague and veiled because it is all fuzzy logic oriented.
