They will reopen on March 1. +++++++++++++++ SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Chartered Semiconductor (Singapore: CSMF.SI - news) Manufacturing Ltd. (CHRT) shares are down 11% in early trading following the chip foundry's second earnings warning since December. Chartered, the world's third largest custom chip maker, citing weakening demand and market conditions, said it expects results in the first quarter to be well below its earlier guidance. The company now expects a first quarter loss of 22 cents to 24 cents an American depository share on a sequential revenue decline of about 35%
