I think the key to buying the bottom is waiting for the VIX spike.You latest chart shows how well it works as a bottom timing indicator.

When vix hits the 60's - let her rip !!!

I wonder how much money must come out of the market by April 15th - to make tax payments - with last year's rally -I bet it's a lot. What the real bet is - is it all still there? I bet not????

Eye balls on CSCO in the teens,Intc @ 25,Nvls @ 26 Amat @ 30 - It should scary and the generals will fall farther than they should as the lemming cascade over the abyss.
