<Is that because they started to think or is that because they know where the qqq is trading?> The question is why did he even bother to raise rates 175 basis points last year if he has to lower rates even more now? He failed to manipulate properly. That is always a risk in any act of manipulation. I know.... many think he was doomed to fail.... But he never should have raised rates the way he did unless his intention was to destroy wealth.
