Last time I checked the naz, P/Es were still over 45 on average, and PEGs were dropping fast. Spring hasn't been the best time for tech historically anyway. That been said, many "tech" bluechips are at or near their bottom, and should be watched for leadership. Still lots of sitting blimps though far fewer then a month ago. I have called 1950 on the naz and see this a late spring-early summer target. In the meantime I will continue to play day by day and try to stay one step ahead of the trend.
