BTW, that whopping $60 cut is from $1800 owed under the current tax system. That's a 3% cut, not a 100% cut.

This tax plan gives a higher percentage of the cut to the wealthiest tax payers, because it drops the top bracket from 39% to 33% and it does not touch the payroll taxes. The payroll taxes are highly regressive (since they cap out at about $75,000 of income) and now constitute a larger burden for most low-income workers than the federal taxes.

However, you'll get a nice tax cut if you have six kids.
