Limtex- Certainly, if we have a worldwide recession all bets are off. But my point was simply to make a rational observation about the worst-case impact of the concerns that seem to be killing the stock recently.

So I will add this additional caveat.

Assuming the sky does not fall....

The wireless world will be almost completely CDMA by 05-06.

There is growth within growth within growth, as existing CDMA carriers upgraded to 3g, as GSM carriers convert to 3g, and as cdma chips are deployed in a variety of devices other than 3g phones.

Remember Dr. J has spoken of penetration rates greater than 100%(as a % of human population) as CDMA chips are deployed in cars, laptops, etc.

I simply can't believe that the best investment decision at this point, in light of the enormous declines, and a fundamentally sound economy, and such ready and easy explanations as to why the current slowdown occurred, is to sell a company like QCOM at 53 and hide the money under the mattress.

BWDIK.

Best regards.
