Fundamental Analysis 17?

How to recognize value, when market makers are base building?

Base building often occurs during a time the company is in trouble. And yet, we know after base building the stock could move 1000%.

The value analysis of book value, revenue/share value, free cash/share value, R&D/revenue value will come in handy. These values show us the present, the past and the future of the company.

The book value is the past.
The revnue/share value is the present.
The free cash/share and the R&D/revenue tells us the future.

Are these numbers enough? Oh.NO!

Read the annual report; lawsuits, all liabilities such as long term debt and who owns the debt (maybe an angel), product cycles, new technology the company is going to do, large stockholders (maybe another angel some where) to name a few items.

Value analysis can not be complete, without the analysis of the present management and their performance in this company or other companies. And your role of management consulting is part of the value in the company you invest.
