I don't view this as "bad news" for QCOM, but I agree that the rhetoric is a nuisance. My take is MOT will also "lose" this volley. As you probally know, the federal court denied MOT's previous injunction attempt. The system will continue to grow, and I really don't see SPCT's business being affected. In fact, QCOM, might actually speed up some of its orders!

SPCT has focused on increasing production capabilities, and now they are able to aggresively expand their customer base, which is happening. LF
