March 14 rather. it depends...the March 5 / 6 turn date SHOULD be an ST high, if it is a low, i would consider the possibility that it could be the intermediate term low.

anyway, somewhere in between now and March 14 i expect a panic...a true LLCF. or let me rather put it this way: the odds of a panic have not been that high for a long time. we can assign a 70-80% probability to it eventuating imo.
