Hope you don't mind if I edit your earlier post a bit.

I think there should be FREE chastity clinics in every high school in the country. Chaste teenagers should be rewarded with free tutorial help and financial aid during high school if they volunteer for free chastity seminars. Chastity should be encouraged by telling unchaste girls that their lives will be ruined forever and no decent guy will ever marry them if they behave like sluts. In order to encourage more chastity among unmarried teens in towns and cities, we should award a four year college scholarship to the girl who behaves as the most morally outstanding example during her four years in high school. Transfer students who come from other schools as models of high morality should count. If you have a lot of other great ideas that you want me to edit later, Let me know.
