Guree: <i sold all my gold shares at the open this morning....> So did my son. So, you're in good company! Meanwhile, I had a nice experience today. I had just returned home from a local supermarket which is about 150 yards away and across the road from the US Consulate General. As I walked through the front door I heard gunshots. Because there are frequently gunshots around the place I didn't think anything more about it until about 30 mins later my wife started shouting about my bedroom being covered in small glass pieces. I went to check and found that the window had been shattered by a bullet. We contacted the police who told us that there had just been a holdup and a shootout at the supermarket. Nine thugs with AK47s had attempted to hold up the cash-in-transit vehicle. However, the police had been tipped off and had staked out the place. They arrested 6 of the perpetrators. The others escaped. I tell you, living here is like being in the Wild West but I have nerves of steel. Why? ..... I'm a gold share investor!
