Scott, I agree..I still maintain we are seeing "moral hazard" in action with Greenspan. He knows the economy needs a cut, something ONLY HE can give. So while the Nation needs it and He has it to give, but its not given, his power rises to even greater heights...once given the power is diminished, so Greenspan plays it and draws it out for all its worth...no man should have that much unchecked power.
