Some details about the recent institutional investment in HDII.

The company recently received its first ever institutional investment (28,000+ shares). Most of this investment was from Perkins Capital Management Inc. It turns out Perkins and HDII are from the same area, Minneapolis.

Details from a Yahoo post:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Perkins Capital Management Inc
730 Lake St E
Wayzata*, MN
(763) 473-8367
*12.1 miles from the center of Minneapolis, MN

----------------

Hypertension Diagnostics Inc
2915 Waters Rd # 108
Eagan**, MN
(651) 687-9999
**11.0 miles from the center of Minneapolis, MN

---------------

One of Peter Lynch's cardinal rules was to always 'squeeze the Charmin' ' at the companies you plan to invest in.

Perkins and HDII appear to be next door neighbors. This is an excellent sign that Perkin's was very familiar with HDII prior to their investment a couple months ago.

With this knowledge about Perkins, the current weakness in the stock strongly suggests a reflection of market, not company specific. weakness. Perhaps a golden buying opportunity.
