I am not a TA/FA guy. So can't say if 10 is gonna hold or not. My argument is that AMZN is not gonna fold. While it has been poor at making profit, it has built up a critical mass of users who will be very valuable to the likes of either Walmart or AOL.
Walmart makes sense to me. People usually who buy stuff from Walmart do not shop at Amazon. This could be Walmart's way of penetrating an moderately upscale market (while it is not a stated business objective, I see both of them complementing each other to reach additional market segments and thereby creating a potential for lot of cross selling/UpSelling)
