This is not the 3rd phase of the bear mkt, EW-wise we are still very much in phase 2 or the C-Wave where we are going down in a wave 4b.. The next wave will be up in a zig zag or flat toward the Nasdaq 2900-3000 area in a 4c.. Once this is achieved new lows in the 5th wave down.. If this is not a secular bear, but a correction to the secular bull, the 5th wave down in the current C-wave will end the correction.. If not, we will undergo a multi-month bounce in a 4th wave (at this point you re-name the waves from ABC to 12345).. Then this summer would see the final Wave 5 down in a 3rd leg of the secular bear..
