i think it is inevitable that amer will be taken over by at&t. probably within the next 12 months as T realises that they dont have the expertise to run their online division and amer realises that they need the deep pockets. they are already working closely together -- the whole is worth more than the sum of the parts! only question is how much will the shorts get hammered when it happens--my guess is that Case will hold out for something near to the $70 high!
