Women aren't and neither are men. Men have the equivalent of PMS all the time- so they are even less qualified than women. I don't even feel the need to ask men if they are experiencing the equivalent of PMS- because they almost always are.

Since you are male, and probably experiencing pms-like raging hormones that make you the equivalent of a little buzzy bee, and probably made you buzz over here, this won't make any sense to you. So sorry.
