Also there is positive divergence in the MACD(hist) and PPO and CCI.

I would think you could look for a divergence only if a swing low is set here, currently COMPX has yet to set a swing low.

Also, MACD and move oscillators can remain oversold or overbought for some time when price is trending. Since the middle of Feb, my favorite big picture indicator, ADX, has turned up from low levels, signaling a good trend. In conjunction with that then, I think the utility of MACD divergences is likely to be low at this juncture.
