I did read the interview and had mixed thoughts about it. Viz:

That's because we know there is new competition coming, and we constructed our budget so that we can make our numbers even if we sell almost nothing in the Atlantic. So from that point of view, we don't think it has a big impact on our business.<

He should have explained how GX was going to meet the budget. Atlantic used to be 100%, the budget calls for only 2%. This year 98% will be from elsewhere. WHERE? Without clarifying where and leaving the question in readers mind wondering where, is not good public relations. Some may say, too aggressive a budget.
