The market has the ability to save itself it always has, why is now any different? There will be a catalyst of some sort like a big tech saying something positive for the second half of the year, thats all it will take. Once the average investor feels it is safe to be back in the market vs. the money market he currently has we will be due for a burst followed by a slow steady rise.
