I accept that you would not want him to do something illegal, but I do think that you overlooked the possibility of its being illegal.

I don't know whether he affects the market significantly or not. When the 84 stop was taken out, I was arguing against the conspiracy theory, based on the huge amount of capital that I thought would be required to manipulate something as liquid as QQQ, and by the rules that prohibit specialists from trading ahead of investors whose orders are in the book. But I could be wrong.
