The AGM is 26 June, the year-end financials have not been announced. The Q1 financials is also late. I wonder what is the financial position of the company.

The private placement, according to Cochrane, would be finalised in 30 days from his press release in late April. That is over, what is the size of the private placement and what price ? Someone (the placee) is going to get a cheap buy.
