KeepitSimple, please note that TWE is not the same as AOL or time warner. TWE is a small part of AOL. (for that matter a small part of T). the two companies are in partnership in regards to TWE. please read the article at the bottom of this page under "news". T is under obligation to sell its 25% of TWE. AOL owns the other 75%.
