Silicon Investor, would you please tell me why people are suspended for posting certain links?
Would you also tell me why you no longer give a list of all the aliases a poster had. Some have changed their name over 10 times in past years, yet, we do not know that anymore? What prompted you to do that as I think you did a disservice to many posters?
Unfortunately, I think that Silicon Investor has become a place where one can set up a business and do quite well because folks have gotten a customer base from SI.
There has been some mentions of a gal named Jenna and her site.

Why has Silicon Investor allowed over 60 revisions on this one thread? Is there any other thread here that has been allowed to do that?
I don't know Jenna, never paid to be a subscriber, never interested because....read the thread for awhile a long time ago, but it was over my head and moved too fast for me.........but it looks like that site has advertisements for her business on it.
We have gone through so much with you as you grew these past 4 1/2 years and we deserve to be heard and recognized. I sure remember all the griefs we had but we stuck with you.
Why do you allow people to advertise their business when your TOS says they can't?
You said they have slipped in other things into their thread so they are excused even though they run a business thru SI.
As I unbookmark people from the past 4 1/2 years, I have tears in my eyes with memories of my cyber friends who were newbies like myself......because they went to sites, trusted, followed, played their hard earned money, lost it with pump and dump sites and posters. Some of their lives changed forever because of what they read and what was allowed. I bet some of them wish they never heard of Silicon Investor. I for one have met many wonderful people on SI and have learned about the market and it is discouraging to see what has happened here. The new folks wouldn"t know, just us old timers.
Most newbies are naive and some folks think they deserve what they get. For some self professed gurus, it was like taking candy from a baby and God help them as they had no conscience. Would you take advantage of a child because they are naive also and what would you be teaching them about people?
In these past years, I have seen on SI how some folks have lost their humbleness because they now have a big bank account, started a business because of their SI audience, and learned how to play the game, also taking advantage of the dumb newbies. Everyone one of us was a dumb newbie in the stockmarket at one point until someone showed us how the game is played.
Please stop suspending people for just any reason that one of your favorite posters turn in to you. If you read the posts, it is doing more harm and just stirring folks up and they don't like you for doing it. Does that one suspension really mean so much to you for all the grief that you get especially if it is unfair at the time? Why should some be silenced and not others who truly deserve it even those who violate the TOS and whom you do not suspend?
Nuff said for now and Jeff, I hope you can openly answer my questions . Try to help me understand what is going on here. I know how hard you and Jill worked as did many others to make SI a nice place to learn, have fun, etc.
Patricia...who has given her opinion and feelings from her heart and hope I do not get suspended as it will be the first time I will be suspended and I will wonder for what reason you did it.
