Fiigo from the Yhoo board posted this link this evening: biz.yahoo.com If it's for real, it will have a profound effect on the streaming media industry. I'd think it'd be in direct conflict w/our current ITG tech and perhaps render it moot. That said, since we are now into content syndication perhaps it might be of marvelous benefit to us and all other content providers....and bring all of us into the 21st century that much faster... It reads amazingly like the "ITG plugs" we read last year...and at that time I remember we hoped AXC had a tech that would connect TV quality over narrow pipes and that it would come into one's computer w/its own player automatically thereby eliminating RealPlayer/MediaPlayer software necessities... I'd think there would be more news out regarding it if it is for real....but it has been on iBeam just since 2/26 according to Fiigo. barkingshark comments that we'd wrap around it. Comments?
