EDMONTON, Canada, Feb 20, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Medical Resorts International Inc. is pleased to announce that on
February 20, 2001 its name will change to Medical Services International Inc. and the Corporation will begin trading on the NQB Pink
Sheets under the symbol "MSITF." Also effective February 20, 2001 the shares of Medical Resorts International Inc. will consolidate on the
basis of one (1) new shares in Medical Services International Inc. for fifteen (15) old shares in Medical Resorts International Inc.
Effective immediately the Company has also changed transfer agents. The new transfer agent for the Company is Equity Transfer Services
Inc. of Toronto,

Ontario.

Medical Resorts International Inc. trades in the United States on the NQB Pink Sheets under the symbol "MRINF" until February 19, 2001
and then as "MSITF" as of February 20, 2001.
